Collective Support

Collective Support is an 9-month affinity-based cohort experience tailored to the leadership and wellness needs of school and after school site leaders of color. We support these leaders to 1) unpack challenges that impact their ability to create generative learning spaces for youth;  2) investigate their thought process and decision making to design new ways of thinking and being; and 3) create supportive and inclusive learning environments for their staff.

Participant Reflections on Collective Support Experience

100% of the cohort strongly agreed they left the experience with actionable steps they can take to solve critical focus questions.
"THANK YOU!! [Collective Support] was a space I did not know I needed until I became involved."
