Leadership and Social Emotional Growth Support for Education Leaders

Collective Support
An affinity space for systems, site and after school site leaders of color
MindCatcher launched Collective Support, our leadership and wellness cohort experience, primarily in response to the need for high quality professional development for site leaders of color working to create generative learning environments for youth. Our research-backed premise was simple: high quality leadership and wellness support would help these leaders to develop the capacity needed to shift staff mindset, practices and systems to create the learning environments our youth deserve. 

A Strengths-based Assessment 

ASELA
Our support of the leadership and social emotional growth of systems, site and after-school site leaders has revealed the need for more robust understanding of the factors that contribute to sustaining educators. We are actively thinking of how we might, as a field, move beyond narrow definitions of educator retention and develop tools to support their leadership and social emotional growth.  ASELA is a strengths-based assessment that increases educator capacity, builds high impact teams, and creates positive learning cultures.
